The Hifz Program
Memorizing the Quran is a lifetime achievement. At Al Makka Online Quran Institute, we treat it with the seriousness and dedication it deserves. Our Hifz program is not just about rote memorization; it's about retention, understanding, and living by the verses.
Our Proven 3-Step Method
1. New Lesson (Sabaq)
The new verses assigned for the day. Students recite this to the teacher until it is error-free before memorizing.
2. New Revision (Sabaqi)
Reviewing the portion memorized in the last 7-15 days. This bridges short-term memory to long-term memory.
3. Old Revision (Manzil)
Rotating revision of the "old" juz. A Hifz student never stops reviewing what they have learned.
